For many years I've been offering movement and mindfulness practices to help support a thriving life, mind and body.

As a personal trainer and yoga therapeutic specialist I have spent years working with my clients in private sessions. I have watched my them go from tired, unfocused exercise and sporadic yoga practices to vibrant strength training, practicing yoga that they truly enjoy, and using recovery tools and techniques to support their exercise and overall wellbeing.

Through my Elements of Daily Renewal workshop offers the tools you would receive in a private yoga session, but in the comfort of your home. Not only will you experience renewal - you'll learn HOW to repeat and evolve this type of practice, learning tools and techniques and the WHY behind all this.

what do I need for this?

A yoga mat, 2 massage balls (or tennis balls) a foam roller, 2 yoga blocks and a firm bath towel or blanket would be great.

how can I be ready for this? What if i'm not stretchy or don't have all these props?

You don't need to be stretchy or bendy to practice this. This is for “all levels” meaning, come as you are and you will learn how to adapt to your needs along the way. 

Still want to feel ready? After securing your spot for the workshop, you’ll receive an email from me with ideas on how you can prepare to get the most out of our time together.

If you don't have all the props, no worries! Finding alternatives with items around the house is absolutely okay. (There are some ideas you'll receive in that email.) 

what specifically will we be doing?

The first hour will be dedicated to experiencing yin yoga and athletic recovery practices like myofascial release that you can do daily. These easeful practices are  engaging, meaningful, and dare I say fun? The final 15 minutes are for Q&As and information on technique and the why's behind recovery and renewal.

Be ready to get to the floor to practice accessible stretching with a meditative approach, building body awareness, tissue resilience and stress reduction. You'll learn recovery practices that can be done after intense exercise or busy weeks!

what if I can't attend live?

No worries. You'll have access to the video playback for 2 months to repeat and learn. And everyone who attends will receive a pdf knowledge sheet with practices you'll be learning from the workshop.
